MORNING -
Clarifying Cleanser
Respiratory Solution (depending on the type of acne)
Repair Serum or Cellular Repair Concentrate
Hydrotant Gel (if very oily/during the summer, this can be used as your daytime moisturizer)
Harmony Crème (if very oily/during the summer, this can be used in the evening instead)
Z-Plus (combine with Harmony Crème)
EVENING -
Cranberry Foamer (double cleanse)
5% Glycolic Solution
Glucana Crème or Harmony Crème (if not used during the day)
OVERNIGHT SPOT TREATMENT -
Clarifying Serum

WEEKLY -

ADDITIONAL TIPS:
Reverse damage from the inside out! Purchase a product such as Skin Accumax (can be purchased from my online store)
Wash your phone nightly! Use an antibacterial wipe or spray an antibacterial spray like Dr. Bronner’s or The Honest Company’s
Wash makeup brushes weekly using a gentle, unscented soap like Dr. Bronner’s pure-castile liquid soap
Wash pillow cases and face towels weekly using gentle, unscented laundry detergent like Seventh Generation (it’s best to wash twice a week)
Increase water intake to detox and hydrate. Drink at least half of your weight in ounces every day.
Don’t over do it! Using too many drying products will only make your acne WORSE. The best approach for fighting breakouts and create glowing skin for anyone is to create balance. Gentle cleansing, exfoliation, hyaluronic acid hydration, light moisturizer and a few key products like a spot treatment, weekly enzyme peel and nourishing moisturizer with calming blemish fighting ingredients
Wash your hands before applying any and all products
Don’t pick! Leave extractions to the professionals. You can use ice and a spot treatment to calm your problem areas.
Don’t touch your face!
Wash your face at the end of your shower. Your shampoo and/or conditioner could be irritating your skin
Check your haircare products. Don’t use products that contain panthenol or sulfates
