COVID-19

Your health and safety is our priority! We are doing absolutely everything in our power to stop the spread of COVID-19 and make sure that our clients feel safe coming to us for their skincare needs. We care about each and every one of you, as well as ourselves and loved ones, so please know that we aren't taking any shortcuts when it comes to sanitation. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns. We hope to see you soon!

Client Protocols

  • If you, anyone in your household, or anyone that you have had close contact with is sick or has ANY health concerns regarding COVID-19, please reschedule.

  • Screening questions must be answered prior to appointment (we will text you the day before with these questions).

  • When you arrive, please wait in your car and text me at (440) 447-0571. I will come out to take your temperature and have you sign a consent form.

  • Please try to leave coats, bags and drinks in your car, only bringing your keys, phone, and payment method inside.

  • Hands must be washed immediately upon entering suite.

  • A mask must be worn into appointment and post-service (due to low stock, we cannot provide masks to you at this time, so please bring your own).

  • Only the individual receiving services is permitted to enter the building.

  • Conversation should be as limited as possible during services.

  • Contactless payment, such as Venmo or PayPal, is preferred.

Esthetician Protocols

Note: many of these protocols were already practiced prior to COVID-19 and will continue to be in place after the pandemic.

  • Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the office.

  • Gloves, face shield, and a mask will be worn at all times and changed after every client (or as needed throughout the service).

  • A face shield and goggles will be worn during the service and disinfected after every client.

  • Gowns will only be provided upon request and will be replaced after each use.

  • Dirty laundry will be stored outside of treatment room.

  • All commonly touched surfaces and door knobs will be disinfected after every client.

  • Sheets and blankets will be replaced after every client.

  • Reusable implements will be soaked in proper disinfectant and sanitized using a UV sanitizer.

  • All frequently touched items (books, service menus, business cards, etc.) have been removed from the suite.

  • Bathrooms will be disinfected after every client.

  • My clothes and shoes will be for office use only and disinfected after every client.

  • I will continue to practice social distancing outside of the office (and in the office when possible).

Our Suite

We are very fortunate, especially at this time, to be a small business. We are blessed with:

  • Limited clientele. We see 3 or less people every day.

  • Private office space. We do not share our office with anyone except a part-time physical therapist. This allows for easier control over disinfecting.

  • Private bathroom. Our landlord has given us private access to the bathroom located outside of our suite.

  • Filtered air system. Our office has a forced air warm weather ventilation system which is filtered by the equivalent of an N-95 mask. In the colder months, we use steam heat only.
